We have created a home environment for our residents. Our facility is called LV Sweet Home Care in beautiful Florida. Our services include memory care, physical care,illness care and hospice care. Our staff is supervised and well trained. We are a small facility licensed for 6 residents. We been in business since 2005. We accept long term care insurance, VA and private payers. Our fees are $2700 to $5000 per month depending on level of care required by doctor and the administrator. A bed holding fee and security deposit equaling the monthly payment is required.
