JMDM-COM20DI is a high-reliable stability industrial-grade SCM digital and serial port controller which independent research and development by Shenzhen jingmin digital machine Co.,Ltd. Onboard 20-channel optically isolated digital signal input, can be used to detect all kinds of the external switch signals input, such as photoelectricity sensors infrared sensors, hall sensor, proximity switch, Point switches and other digital input devices, the product has the following characteristics:
1) Product design and quality: professional industrial-grade high-reliable anti-lightning resist the strong electromagnetic high-frequency interference circuit design, the circuit layout is compact and reasonable, excellent heat dissipation, the use of SMD chips and electronic components, the program of the product with high security and reliable industrial quality, stable performance, can competent to a variety of large electromagnetic interference, harsh enviroment industrial occasions, such as arc current, welding current, inverter and the other workplace can of steady use.
2) 20-channel optically isolated digital input characteristics:
2.1 20-channel optically isolated digital use the circuit design method of optically isolated, stable and reliable;

1) Working power: working power of the controller: 12V or 24V, AC/DC universal; input working power supply: 3~24V AC circuit;
2) The main control chip: 8 bits high performance singlechip plus high speed and high stability FPGA programmable logic arrey circuit.
3) Program memory space: 32K( if having special demands can use of 64K);
4) Data storage space: 16K( if having special demands can use of 32K); storage the data and the data will not lose after the power off;
5) Input: 20 channal digital input, each channel input can up to endure the voltage of 36V and the maximum endure currentis 10MA, each of the input point are adopt the photoelectricity isolation, the isolation voltage is 1000V; The factory defaults for active - low type (NPN type); the input point can customized into active-high type(NPN type) according to the customers demands, please made it clear that before the purchase;
6) System stability: adopt the internal watchdog and the strict high-frequency filter characteristics, the system is stable and reliable, the start-up time since crashes within 1ms;
7) 2 kinds of communication mode(interference) for choose: 1 RS232 interface and 1 RS485 interface can be choosen by short-circuit cap.1 channel standard RS232 serial port communication interface( anti 15KV static impact), can directly peripheral communication with computer and text display.etc; can download procedure by RS232 interface directly, no burner, convenient for the procedure modify and upgrade; the maximum communication distance of RS232 is 10 meters;1 channel standard RS485 communication interface( anti-15KV static impact and lightning strike), can be used for RS485 to communicate and remote control, the maximum communication distance is 1.5KM.

3. Use

5. After-sales service
1) Since the date of the product sold under the normal use of the hardware failure, one year warranty, repair cost is charged only after the warranty period.
