Live in one, rent the other, or have a guest house. Furnished and ready to rent, or move in. Sleeps at least eleven. 3 year old shingles all around. 2 New, natural gas furnaces. New AC and water heater in beach house. 1/4 mile to beach, playground, ATV trail, grocery, gas, boat landing, fish cleaning station, campground,restaurants, bank, laundry mat. 1/2 hour to golf.
