Receptionists required for busy hotel in london.
Main duties include -
* check in and check out of guests to company standard
* answering hotel switchboard in a timely manner
* assisting with general enquirers in person and over the telephone
* processing payments
Positions available -
* full time (5 days from 7)
* part time (2 or 3 days from 7, flexible days & shifts, we may be able to offer set days)
Due to the nature of the business, shift and weekend work is required.
Knowledge of Opera is an advantage, as is previous customer service experience.
Rate of pay meets NMW.
