Good Morning,

We are temporarily housed @ the Martin Luther King Community Center located at 1170 Adrian Street, Jackson, Michigan 49203. We are offering our On-Site Community Networking Referral Services through an Orientation/Intake Process, EVERY Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with two choices of timeframes to attend, MORNINGS @ 9am and AFTERNOONS @ 1pm. These Weekly Orientations are OPEN to ANYONE Interested in learning more about our available ON-SITE COMMUNITY NETWORKING REFERRAL SERVICES referring to Jackson County, Michigan and all that is available to Clients interested in enrolling into our 12 Month Program. We are On-Site from 9am to 3pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ Martin Luther King Community Center. Feel Free to Drop By to talk with us about Our Program.

We are offering all Enrolled Clients the opportunity to participate in their own Recovery-Oriented Lifestyle by choosing what is most important to them, relating to Removing Barriers that are Preventing Self-Sufficiency, Economic Stability and Self-Empowerment.

For “Quarterly “Case Management Services through our Assigned Recovery Coaches, we are charging ALL Interested Clients $100 for 3 Months of working directly with them in achieving their short and long-term goals. We consider that monetary compensation very affordable based on all that will be provide to each individual in their Client-Centered Service Plan enrolling into our 12 Month Recovery-Oriented Lifestyle Program.

To register for our Weekly Orientations/Intakes, Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Contact our Recovery Coach - VERONICA DORTCH @ 734.272-2803, letting her know which timeframe would be most convenient for you to attend, the Morning Orientation @ 9am OR the Afternoon Orientation @ 1pm.

We ask PRIOR to attending the 9am or 1pm Orientation/Intake that the Client brings:

 Current Identification
 Social Security Card
 Central Records Michigan State Police Background Check/Criminal History Record
 Payment of $100 for Quarterly – 3 Months Case Management Services w/Assigned Recovery
Coach, if they intend to enroll into the 12 Month Recovery-Oriented Lifestyle Program.
