Creating what we want within ourselves is Inner Engineering. This is a science and technology explored and made use of for thousands of years. – Sadhguru
Greetings!
It is with a lot of enthusiasm that we announce our upcoming Inner Engineering programs in Dallas, TX on October 9-12, designed by Sadhguru and conducted by a trained teacher from Isha Foundation.
What is Inner Engineering?
Inner Engineering is a method, a tool to engineer a deep and lasting personal transformation. Offered through a four-day program, it is a profound exploration of a different perspective to life that brings in effortlessness and a sense of deep fulfilment. Most importantly, it sharpens the mind into an even more effective tool of creation and equips participants with the means to eliminate stress, relieve chronic diseases, sleep better, increase energy and productivity, improve relationships and communication, and above all, to help people uncover and explore their full potential.
The approach presents simple but powerful processes from the yogic science to purify the system and increase health and inner wellbeing. Program components include guided meditations and transmission of the sacred Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya. When practiced on a regular basis, these tools have the potential to enhance ones experience of life on many levels.
The program does not require any change in lifestyle nor does it demand any physical flexibility or previous experience of yoga. Anyone age 14 and over can participate. Inner Engineering is accredited by the Annenberg Center with 26 AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits for Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants Nurse Practitioners.

Reviews
“This training helped me find the balance I have long lost and reduce the stress levels, which prior to the course I was unable to control. It empowered me to make positive changes in my life and opened doors to brand new opportunities. I found the course really well put together and the material and practices truly enlightening.” – Anna Varney, Risk Management, Citigroup
“It was very stressful cutting a $160 million film with all the technical challenges of shooting in different formats, not to mention the labyrinthine plot. The crew often remarked on how calm I was. I could not have cut that film if I had not been doing Isha practices. Meditation is the secret!” – John Lee, Movie Editor, Inception
“Sadhguru is mystical, insightful, beautiful, funny, wise and grounded. I have taken two of his Isha programs, in Los Angeles and Tennessee, and strongly encourage you to explore this program for yourself- it’s not to be missed.” – Anjelica Houston, Actor
We look forward to having you with us.
Warm Regards,
Isha Volunteers
